In line with POPIA's " Purpose Specification" principle, we collect your data for the following specific reasons:

• To secure your spot as one of our first 50 Founders. To communicate updates regarding our official launch in March 2026.
• To verify your identity when the platform goes live.
• To improve our services based on community feedback.

By entering your email and clicking "Join Waitlist" you provide voluntary, specific and informed consent for The Vault to process your information for the purposes mentioned above. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may use third-party "Operators" such as email service providers to help us communicate with you. These partners are vetted to ensure they also comply with high data protection standards.

As a "Data Subject" you have the following rights:

• Right to Rectification: You can ask us to update or correct your information.
• Right to Objection: You can usk us to stop processing your data.
• Right to Erasure: You can ask us to delete your data entirely from our Vault.

We will only send you marketing communications related to The Vault. Every Email will include a clear "Unsubscribe" link, allowing you to opt out of future communications instantly.
